The Community Preservation Committee is now accepting applications
The Community Preservation Committee (CPC) is now accepting project proposals that may be eligible for Community Preservation Act (CPA) funding to be presented at the May 2023 Annual Municipal Meeting. one of three areas: 1) acquisition, creation and preservation of open space and acquisition, creation, preservation, rehabilitation and restoration of land for recreational purposes; 2) the acquisition, preservation, rehabilitation and restoration of historic resources and; 3) the acquisition, creation, preservation and support of community housing.
Click on the following link to download the application form: FY24 project form. Applications should be submitted to the CPC as soon as possible and no later than 12:30 p.m. on Friday, October 7, 2022.
Submissions may be mailed or hand-delivered to the Community Planning and Development Department, Flynn Building, 278 Old Sudbury Road or dropped off inside the lobby at the City Clerk’s Office at the back of the building. Town Hall, 322 Concord Road. The vestibule is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and is checked daily by staff for submissions. Be sure to label the package you drop off with your materials in “FOR THE PLANNING OFFICE” so that the staff at the City Clerk’s Office know where the materials should go. PDF files of each submission package are also required.
Public hearings for the proposals will be held on November 16, 2022 and December 7, 2022 (subject to possible changes).
